I would say light brown or beige, something neutral. Black can look at the "severe". Even if you wear Thong sandals that look good.

Black .... I would say, a chocolate color, but the piece of hair is black and I hate it when people think black and brown go together!
I would say that the bronze white / brown, maybe. Black seems so hard for a soft green dress (unless you want) lots of contrast.
I would say that seeings cream, but as you said, you have a black fascinator then I'll stay with black shoes and I'm too
