Doe's pilates exercise really work ? - classical pilates
I am 26 and have a 10mth girl.
I did ballet for 14 years J. And a few years ago I had sciatica when I pregnant.es 2 Stone and I'm on my flexibility and my size strentgh dance desperate. Pilates is best to do what? And it works?

OMG i got my splits into two parts after 1 month to Pilates. Flexable and was really, really storng. Yes, it's the best thing to do.
I love Pilates. Depends on how dedicated you practice and for a good cause. With his experience, I have no problem. I practiced Pilates for a long time. I used to do gymnastics and a variety of dance (ballet, jazz, tap). I met a professional dancer, and she is the one who brought me to practice.

Yogo is good for body and mind, if Pilates is not working.
Pilates is certainly a work out .. really put your heart and other muscles work ... I also recommend yoga to regain flexibility ... then proceed with advanced ..... Pilates and yoga, is the best ...
It really works, but must follow the program and actually do. But yes, it works.
